A joyful heart is a shining jewel in a brides crown.
Deidre and Gert’s photographer went AWOL three weeks before their wedding day. We decided to help out and found ourselves somewhere outside the little town of Parys named after the city of Paris for my international blog stalkers. It was blue skies & sunshine with an icy cold wind winding its way through the free state hills. Although in the bush veld we found an old maroon painted barn including the remains of the original venue that burnt down 6 months before. We were presented with orange, red and black walls, great for background contrast as you will see in the images.
